The Puerto-Rican rapper, Bad Bunny, had earlier indicated he would not do any more performances in the United States in an effort to stand in solidarity with Hispanics who are facing concerns of deportation. The Chiveis Trilogy is a romance that seeks to explore the concept of a post-apocalyptic world that has been forced into an almost medieval-like existence that has lost God's word and Christianity and how God might seek to preserve knowledge of Himself. This book takes place in Europe and is written by an author with an appreciation of European culture who spent time in Europe researching location in order to make the novel feel realistic. A great read and a trilogy you won't want to end.
The Red Hat Society is a women's only organization formed to encourage women to live their lives to the fullest. This society was initially for women 50+, but now is open to younger members as well. This society hosts events for primarily women, although certain events are open to members' husbands and sons depending. Learn about the interesting history of this society and how it came to be formed.

Grace Maxwell recently died in a plane crash on January 29th, 2025. She was a mechanical engineering student at Cedarville University. She was known to be very involved in the school's Society of Women in Engineering (SWE) organization on campus. She had been working on a "special hand device" which would allow a boy in Dayton, Ohio to feed himself and grant him increased independence. She was survived by her parents (Dean and Merav) and her brother (Leo). She will be greatly missed.

A few weeks prior he was on an interview when he said he wanted to be remembered as courageous for Christ. He spent his time debating college students and anyone who wanted to discuss because he believed when conversation stopped, violence would break out. He is survived by his wife, Erika, and 2 children.
The Hippocratic oath is an ancient oath from the time of the Greek's. It was originally an oath to the Greek gods and goddesses to perform medicine in an ethical manner. Many other professions today swear to various codes of ethics when practicing their trade. Just as modern codes of ethics have been updated over the years, so too has the Hippocratic oath.
Donald Trump got inaugurated on January 20, 2025. He came in with a fierce agenda and with many campaign promises. On his first day he signed many executive orders and got many things done. Enough that he made 3 pages of news on the white house website. Perhaps he completely overhauled the website graphics too, or I may have just not signed onto the website in a while. Anyhow, what did he do? Does it line up with what he said he would do? And what does that mean for the average citizen? These are all interesting questions that need answers.

Norse mythology is most commonly recorded the Prose Edda and Poetic Edda. It tells of the creation of the world out of the heat and the cold to the conclusion of the world at Ragnarök. It has 2 primary sets of gods, the Aesir and the Vanir, who fought in the Aesir-Vanir War. Some of the most notable gods and goddesses are Odin, Loki, Thor, Frigg, Sif, Hel, and Baldr. It consists of a view of the afterlife wherein people who are killed in battle go to Valhalla to be resurrected to fight in the battle of Ragnarök. As opposed to Greco-Roman tradition, Norse deities don't often have a clear or specific realm of power.
I am driven by a strong curiosity to discover the world around me. After graduating college I came to discover I lacked accountability to continue learning and processing the information I came across. So I decided to document my research through this blog and potentially help others to discover new information as well.
Through documenting my understanding through various blog posts, I seek to better understand everything. This rather large scope is likely to lead to a very random blog. Perhaps starting with dams, games, and current events can focus my current explorations. However, I may branch into fictional pieces on occasion as well.
